*A startup is a company that is 10 years old or younger (registered in the Commercial Register).
**Student ID number will need to be verified when registering.
The ticket gives you access to plenary sessions, parallel sessions, one-to-one-partner meetings, industry exhibition, coffee breaks, buffet lunch and networking apero riche.
Registration payment
Payment is required at the time of registration. We only accept credit card payments. Bank transfers are not accepted.
Confirmation
Participants will only receive a written confirmation when payment is received in full. Registration and payment will be automatically confirmed by e-mail. Therefore please indicate when registering an e-mail address, which you check frequently.
Conference language
All sessions will be held in English. There is no simultaneous translation provided.
Name badges
Delegates and any other visitors of the LSZ Conference 2025 are required to wear their personal badge throughout all sessions and social activities associated with the conference in order to be recognized and admitted to the respective meetings and events.

Cancellations:
The following rules apply to cancellations:
Through May 1, 2025:
Refund of total amount paid minus 20% of the registration ticket fee to cover administration costs.
From May 1, 2025:
No refunds are possible after this date.
Refunds will be calculated based on the date of receipt of the cancellation notice.
General remark
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the meeting be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by a higher force (circumstances beyond our control) or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. With registration, the participants accept this proviso.
Personal Insurance
All expenses for traveling, accommodation as well as accident and illness insurance or any health related or personal cost have to be covered entirely by the participating company or by yourself.
The organizer may not be held responsible for any injury to participants or damage, theft and loss of personal belongings. Participants and the accompanying persons should obtain appropriate travel insurance.
Permission for Publication
We reserve the right to take any photograph/video at the LSZ Impact Conference 2025. We may use the photograph/video in our publications or other media material produced, used such as: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
